Intakes are completed by licensed Therapists and Diagnostic Evaluations are completed by Board Certified Doctors/Nurse Practitioners. We will complete a full assessment of your current illness and take a detailed history. From there, we devise the most accurate diagnosis then make treatment recommendations. We’ll also discuss if there is a need to collaborate with other professionals such as your Primary Care Doctor.
